Business Development Manager

We offer a fast-paced role that will suit a motivated, vibrant and innovative business development manager who thrives in a dynamic project-driven environment. Working as part of our awesome Sales Team, you will grow and manage our existing relationships, as well as generating new business. You will work with our clients to understand their requirements, develop and deliver winning proposals, and resource projects to meet the agreed objectives and deliverables.

This is a great opportunity to make your mark on the Auckland market, driving the continuous development and delivery of a compelling proposition and high-level consultancy services. You will influence further growth and development of the client base while providing ongoing support to our consultants through the duration of the project to ensure they are empowered to deliver outstanding solutions to our clients.

Requirements

You are a networking enthusiast who thrives on making new connections and uncovering opportunities in the market. You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills who is able to establish and grow trusted client relationships.

You may have experience working for a consulting organisation and understand the importance of supporting and empowering consultants to produce extraordinary results for the client.

Your relentless commitment to the client in all aspects of the service delivery, coupled with your passion for business development will help you to achieve the most in this role.
