We have the rare opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join us on the exciting journey of designing and implementing change management strategies to a wide range of clients across public and private sectors.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, project team members, business SME’s, instructional designers and trainers, you will establish the change management framework and implement Sysdoc change methodology in the project management life cycle. You will be designing and developing change strategy, communication plans and collateral, while coaching and supporting wider stakeholder groups to apply and enable the change.
This opportunity has the option to be either part or full time.
You are knowledgeable in best practice change management with excellent experience in software and ERP implementation projects. You lead with confidence and have experience in managing change, communications and training workstreams. You work with high energy; innovate and move quickly and are not constrained by how things have been done before. You have empathy for the human experience in change and you can provide excellent leadership in a diverse ever-shifting project environment.
