About the opportunity

Operating alongside the change leaders to devise and deliver training programs that produce extraordinary results for our client, you will enjoy the 'end to end' component of delivering superior learning outcomes.

This role will be responsible for delivering an exciting leadership and behavioural change training that utilises both modern and traditional approaches.

Requirements

About you

You are knowledgeable in adult learning, can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before. You have solid experience in delivering a variety of learning solutions within large and complex organisations, developing and implementing learning strategies.

You are a Learning Specialist with a passion for the human experience in learning and experience delivering leadership or culture change training. Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills with an ability to work within a shared services model and ability in influencing and engaging with stakeholders at a senior level will be essential for your success in this role.
