You are a creative and versatile P&C generalist with experience in delivering end-to-end processes that create a meaningful human experience in recruitment, onboarding, training and development, and performance management. 

You are a passionate P&C advocate with great listening skills and the ability to respond to employee needs to ensure engagement in the business. You have a strong commitment to collaboration with the key stakeholders to help us deliver superior business outcomes.

You have strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills to gain credibility, work effectively with others, and possess analytical skills to support daily operations and reporting. 

You are a keen learner with a creative spirit that dreams big and makes things happen.
