We Won Innovation of the Year at the New Zealand Association for Training and Development Awards

The Trust in Source Food Safety board-game highlighted Sysdoc's expertise in needs analysis and program design. The game requires users to share in tough discussions in a safe environment, and demonstrate process knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Innovative board-game for Fonterra is a winner!

Sysdoc was awarded Innovation of the Year for the "Trust in Source" Food Safety Quality (FSQ) board-game at the New Zealand Association for Training and Development awards.

Developed through applying a design thinking approach to an existing education process that was lacking in effectiveness and learner engagement, the FSQ board-game is delivered in a format that requires learners to partake in tough discussions in a safe environment and requires demonstration of problem-solving skills, process knowledge and legislation and laws related to roles.

This award is strong evidence of Sysdoc’s expertise in the areas of needs analysis and programme design and a great demonstration of their industry leading creative and innovative learning services offered. Originally developed for Fonterra's New Zealand manufacturing and corporate workforce, the game has since been extended into multiple languages and additional business functions in multiple global locations with user numbers well into the thousands.
