We are considering changing our HR System but don’t know where to start. Can you help?

We can help you identify the strategic business outcomes you are seeking to gain from a system and ensure that these requirements are clear so that you make an informed decision and are able to make a proper comparison against the technology solutions available before you commit.  We can also support you in considering what preparations you may need to make in advance of any implementation to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible and minimises disruption to your oprerations.

We need to change our culture to help improve engagement and productivity but we need to be able to demonstrate this to our senior leaders to gain their buy-in, as they see culture as something that can’t be measured. How can you support us?

Our approach to culture change starts with detailed analysis and ensures that we are data-led and have an informed baseline to work from.  This helps you gain the required buy-in, as there is empirical evidence upon which to support the business case for the need for change. This data also allows us to identify improvement areas.  We can then identify the strategic interventions needed which you can then measure over time to ensure it delivers against expectations.
