Much of the satisfaction we get from our work here at Sysdoc comes from the value we create for the customers we support. The very nature of our work means that it is often challenging and comes with its own stresses and strains, and we have always believed that our best work can only be done when we feel valued and supported.
This is at the heart of our approach to Employee Wellbeing at Sysdoc - a commitment we actively support through our Wellbeing Champions, our People Team and through the day-to-day actions of Leadership and Line Management.
In late 2020 we signed up to the Mental Health at Work Commitment, a simple, evidence-based framework promoted by Mind, the Mental Health Charity, which now has now been signed by over 3,500 UK employers.
We use these standards to assess how effective we are in promoting and supporting Employee Wellbeing and to set out objectives and plans for improvement, with our UK Leadership Team reporting directly to our UK Board on our progress.
We also operate a Delivery Excellence process that allows us to pick up potential issues early in our client engagements so that we can put in any additional support that might be needed to protect both our employees wellbeing and the interests of our clients.
